Meet the Founder
My career has taken me across clinical practice, physician education, healthcare operations, and the medical device industry. Each role has provided a different perspective on how healthcare organizations function—and how the people within them succeed.
As an athletic trainer, former residency program director, surgical assistant, and medical education leader, I've had the opportunity to work alongside physicians, clinical teams, administrators, and industry partners.
That combination of experience allows me to see challenges from multiple perspectives, connect priorities that may otherwise compete, and develop practical strategies that account for both clinical realities and organizational goals.
I founded Kelley Clinical Strategy & Education to bring those perspectives together in a way that creates meaningful, sustainable improvements.
The Principles Behind the Work
My approach to healthcare strategy is guided by three interconnected principles that shape how I assess challenges, establish priorities, and develop sustainable solutions.
What Matters Most
Identify the priorities that create meaningful value for patients, providers, and organizations. Focus resources and efforts where they will have the greatest impact.
Protect Capacity
Recognize that time, talent, and resources are finite. Build systems that reduce unnecessary complexity and allow people to focus on the work that matters.
Radius of Impact
Evaluate how decisions influence the broader healthcare environment. Meaningful improvements should strengthen not only the immediate process, but also the people, teams, and systems connected to it.
More Than a Consultant. A Partner in Progress.
Every healthcare organization operates within its own set of priorities, challenges, and resources. Effective strategy begins with understanding those realities.
I approach each engagement as a collaborative partnership, working alongside physicians, clinical teams, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and translate strategic priorities into practical solutions.
My role is to provide an experienced external perspective while respecting the expertise, culture, and capacity of the people responsible for implementation.
The objective is not simply to deliver recommendations. It is to create clarity, strengthen organizational capabilities, and establish sustainable improvements that continue beyond the engagement.
